Der Kulturgut e.V. und die Akademie der Kulturen NRW veranstalten mit finanzieller Unterst\u00fctzung des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen und des Europ\u00e4ischen Sozialfonds Bildungsprojekte. Die Akademie der Kulturen NRW ist eine Einrichtung der Weiterbildung in Tr\u00e4gerschaft des Kulturgut e.V. Das Bildungswerk arbeitet im Rahmen des Weiterbildungsgesetzes WbG, sein Sitz ist in Bochum mit verschiedenen Kooperationspartnern in NRW.<\/p>\n

Zielgruppe sind u.a. junge Erwachsene, die ihre grundlegenden Schl\u00fcsselkompetenzen f\u00fcr den modernen Berufsalltag und das lebenslange Lernen schulen und ausbilden m\u00f6chten, um in der Lage zu sein, sich flexibel, innovativ, kreativ und m\u00fcndig in der modernen Gesellschaft bewegen zu k\u00f6nnen. Die Teilnahme kann z.B. der Vorbereitung auf eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium dienen.
\nDer Ausbildungsgang ist auch geeignet f\u00fcr TN mit Migrationshintergrund, Berufsr\u00fcckkehrende, etc.<\/p>\n

Der Ausbildungsgang umfasst generell Inhalte zu Schl\u00fcsselkompetenzen f\u00fcr das Berufs- und Arbeitsleben: grundlegende Computerkompetenz, technische-praktische Kompetenz, Kreativit\u00e4t, Projektmanagement, Lernkompetenz, Soziale und B\u00fcrgerkompetenz, Eigeninitiative und kulturelle Ausdrucksf\u00e4higkeit sowie Sprachkompetenz,\u00a0Selbstst\u00e4ndigkeit, Eigeninititative und Selbstorganisationsf\u00e4higkeit.<\/p>\n

Im Rahmen der Grundbildung geben die betreuenden P\u00e4dagogen und Dozenten einen umfassenden Einblick in viele Teilbereiche eines kulturell gepr\u00e4gten Berufsfeldes. Somit wird in authentischer Umgebung gelernt. Die Lerninhalte werden projektorientiert vermittelt und praktisch vertieft.<\/p>\n
