Dies ist ein angenehmer Weg die positiven Wirkungen des Yoga mit der Kreativit\u00e4t des Tanzes zu verbinden.<\/p>\n<p>Yoga dance is a fusion of Hatha, Kundalini, classical yoga and the modern tribal dance.<br \/>\nIt is a meeting between pranayama (respiration technique) and movement to release tension\u00a0 and increase the prana (energy vital) in the different energetic centers of the body.
