By almost everything what has to do with world music and mixing of various forms of improvisation, is Jens Pollheide a welcome musician in the Ruhr region – as a flutist or bassist.<\/p>\n

He toured for years with the world music legend EMBRYO through the country, and \u00a0in the Ruhr area in formations like TRANSORIENT ORCHESTRA or NEFES IN MOTION.<\/p>\n

In addition to Western instruments E-Bass, (alt-) Flute he still plays the oriental flute Ney, and the bulgarian Kaval,and is a frequent soloist heard in many jazz groups.<\/p>\n
